Anchor 1

Among the finest examples of Art Deco industrial architecture found in Brooklyn, 312-314 Atlantic was originally designed and built for the National Cash Register Co. as a retail operation in the then-bustling Downtown Brooklyn business hub. Atlantic Avenue draws its name from when it was a railroad corridor and locomotive engines dragged thousands of tons of manufacturing goods eastward along the Atlantic seaboard after they had floated south on barges down the Hudson River.

Brooklyn is bustling yet again as an international destination and one of the most desirable places to live and do business in the world. 312-314 Atlantic has been home to Axelle Fine Arts for the past fifteen years and was lovingly restored and updated with all the necessities of the new millennium by its owner, gallerist Bertrand Delacroix.  As Axelle Fine Arts, 312-314 Atlantic served as Delacroix's headquarters and as the Boerum Hill community's central arts destination.

312-314 Atlantic is an exceptional retail space opportunity with a large footprint. For the past two years the ground floor has been home to the very successful sales office of the brilliant development The Boerum, by Flank, one of the most recent and finest additions to luxury living in Downtown Brooklyn and the surrounding brownstone community.
